Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Parent Teacher Organization?
The PTO is a group of parents and teachers who help to build a closer relationship between the families of Trinity by providing family events and opportunities to fellowship. We are able to assist students and teachers by providing funds to purchase additional educational items that wouldn’t normally be possible.  That’s where our fundraising comes in.

Who can be a part of the Parent Teacher Oganization?
All parents of students at Trinity from PK3 through the 6th grade.

How can you get involved in the Parent Teacher Organization?
Easy! Every parent is encouraged to add their special talents to the group. There are lots of ways to get involved, such as joining us at the monthly meetings to help in planning our years’ activities, volunteering at one or more PTO events, and participating in the PTO fundraisers, just to name a few!

Are there fees involved to be a part of PTO?
No

When does the Parent Teacher Organization hold their meetings?
Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of the month from 3:30-4:30 in the Art Room, unless noted otherwise. Extended Care is available for your children at no charge during this time.

What if you can’t make the meetings?
No worries. Parents can still be involved by volunteering their time at one of our events and supporting our fundraisers. We send out notices and other alerts to keep you informed.
